Denny’s expects launch in February with Burger Den and The Melt Down

Denny’s Corp. expects a gradual launch in February with its two new brands, The Burger Den and The Melt Down, according to the CEO John Miller.

It believed that the Spartanburg, S.C.-based family-dining brand believes there are “market-share opportunities” with the two concepts that are virtual, Miller said during a Monday’s presentation during the 23 ^3rd Annual ICR Conference, which was online due to the COVID-19 disease.

Miller extended the announcement earlier on Monday of the launch of the brand’s virtual version .In which The Burger Den will be the first.

This new concept allows us to focus on one of our strengths, great burgers, with new varieties using items already in our pantry ,” Miller explained. “Test results have been positive and indicate an increase in transactions. “

Facts :

First, the brand called The Burger Den, will concentrate on Denny’s most loved items and brand new items. It expected to debut in February. The majority of Denny’s local locations have signed up for participation. The idea will be accessible through Postmates, DoorDash and Uber Eats.
Another brand is The Melt Down, will offer sandwiches made by hand with fresh ingredients .such as sausage pickles, turkey, pickles as well as bacon Miller said. The idea was first tested by DoorDash in 23 locations. Around half of DoorDash’s domestic stores have accepted the service starting in the spring.
A number of casual brands have grown through virtual brands in the last year . Brinker’s It’s Just Wings and Applebee’s Neighborhood Wings .Bloomin Brands’ Tender Shack expand their product lines and increase the revenue.
