Broward SSO is the all-in-one solution for numerous online applications that students use. It provides access to Destiny, Discovery Education, Atomic Learning, Office 365and numerous others in the near future the district’s online databases like Britannica schools, Tumblebooks and SIRS Discoverer will be made available.
Also, you can reset your password from any location. Broward SSO Launchpad offers the capability to manage your password from anywhere using the most recent self-service tool that allows you to reset passwords.
To begin using Broward SSO, there is an initial registration.
Go to: http://browardschools.com/sso and click the Register Now/Login button to display the Sign In page. Students log in using their login credentials in order to sign up for their account.

After the initial login, students are then asked to provide alternate authentication (also known as strong authentication) information. Alternate authentication is a method to confirm the authenticity for the individual. You must follow the instructions for choosing three questions from the dropdown and then enter the answers for each. Once you’ve completed the procedure, you can save. Challenges
HTML0- Tony Casciotta, CIO and Vice President of IT at Broward College, decided to seek out an alternative access management system, he knew it had to be able to perform crucial functions, like provisioning and multi-factor authentication (MFA) and self-service password resets, single Sign-On (SSO) and seamless integration with Workday.
The old system relied on Active Directory (AD) and required them to do all provisioning by hand and to use Microsoft AD to create security profiles for their students. These processes were not only labor-intensive and time-consuming for the IT Teams and their staff, but also prone to mistakes and inefficiency.
Solution
In a safety standpoint, Broward College needed a new platform that was secure, reliable, and simple to deploy to all of its users, which is more than three quarters of one million. When Casciotta together with his team, they looked over OneLogin and found all the essential features they needed.
This included an SSO portal, as along with security management for passwords as well as the capability to make use of the multi-factor authentication (MFA) as well as the option of working to Workday.
