The delicious meal included popular dishes like Khandvi, which is a slightly sweet and spicy snack made from besan (gram flour), Gujarati daal, Sev Khamani, a spicy savoury and tangy non fried snack made with chana dal (Bengal gram) and topped with sev. We could also spot a bowl of aloo methi on the table.

The delicious vegan grub was drool-worthy and included yummy vegetables cooked in an amino sauce, which is a healthy and sodium-free alternative to regular soy sauce, and some soft and tasty looking tofu marinated in a host of spices and sauces.
