You will meet Robert Joseph Gilliam, Lisa Robin Kelly’s Estranged Husband
Robert Joseph Gilliam, the estranged husband of 62-year-old “That 1970s Show” star Lisa Robin Kelly, has survived his wife of 43 years who died from unspecified causes while sleeping in a rehab center Wednesday night.
There isn’t much public information about Gilliam and Kelly, other than the fact that Kelly and Kelly were in a very turbulent relationship, which included drinking, arrests for assault charges, and violent fights.

Their relationship was reportedly so tense that the actress was able to file for divorce with Gilliam on July 1, less than one year after their Oct. 2012 wedding, as per the gossip site TMZ.com.
Kelly sought divorce after the couple had a huge dispute that caused the actress to seek an order of restraining against her husband.
“What led to the divorce? A wild speculation … however, it’s likely to have to do with a domestic dispute that took place with the two couples in L.A. According to Lisa the argument began because Gilliam demanded that she empty her bank account and hand her the money,” TMZ wrote. “She was unable to comply, and she claims Gilliam assaulted her by pulling her hair and throwing her to the groundand then choking her. She claims he warned her to kill herself. Lisa claims she attempted to contact police but Gilliam stole her cell phone.
Luckily, a neighbor contacted the police for her, and Gilliam was taken into custody.”
# Gilliam was “convicted of battery on a domestic partner” and was sentenced to probation for 3 years plus jail time (69 days),” TMZ reported in addition to the fact that he was also ordered to take a year-long domestic violence program.
Gilliam first became the subject of negative media in November after The Associated Press reported he and Kelly were detained following an altercation at their residence at Mooresville, N.C., which is a suburb of Charlotte. And Gilliam was charged with misdemeanor assault of one female, and Kelly was charged with assault misdemeanor in connection to the incident, as reported by the AP.
The pair were detained by Iredell County Detention Center. Iredell County Detention Center and each of them posted a $500 bond prior to being released. The two were scheduled at the time of their appearance before a judge on the 25th of January. 25, however, The North Carolina Department for Public Safety’s Public Information Offender’s database is not currently containing any information about either arrests. Further information on the news could not be found until Thursday evening.
Kelly’s death occurred at the end of a turbulent life, which saw her featured not just in newspaper blotters from police and gossip magazines for her arrest at least four times during the past few years, according to TMZ as well as in popular television shows such as “That 70s TV Show” which was where she played Laurie Forman, known best as Eric Forman’s older sisteras well as “Married with Children” and various other roles.
The agent of Kelly, Craig Wyckoff, issued an announcement for People magazine confirming that she was dead.

Lisa was able to check herself into a rehab facility in the early part of this week. she was struggling with the addiction issues that have been a constant source of stress for her over the last few many years.” The statement of Wyckoff reads. “I spoke with Lisa on Monday, and she seemed optimistic and optimistic, and hoping to put the past over with. The night before, she lost the fight. The cause of her death hasn’t been officially announced yet, nor has a certification of death has yet been given.”

Lisa Robin Kelly , 42, most famous for her part in The That ’70s TV Showas Topher Grace‘s older sister. She was detained on Monday morning for domestic abuse , along with a 61-year old man, whom she later confirmed as being her husband. has been released on bail.
It’s not an unusual incident. Kelly has found herself in problems with the law. She was arrested earlier in the year for abuse of a spouse and then pleaded guilty an DUI charge in the year 2010. Kelly has also said that she attributed her exile from The ’70s Show to her battle with alcoholism when she spoke to ABC News last April. She’s been mostly out of work since she left the show, and has only been in a short comedy in 2005, “The Food Chain: A Hollywood Scarytale.
According to police reports, neither was intoxicated by alcohol, nor did any of them sustain any obvious injuries. Following the incident, both of them were removed from their homes and detained within North Carolina.
Kelly along with her husband Robert Joseph Gilliam were released on bond of $500 each. She’s yet to issue an official statement and it’s not known whether or not she’s requested legal counsel regarding her latest incident with police.
