To make it even more interesting, let’s add some indo-Chinese flavours to it, mix some sauces, cook it for a while and your minced chicken salad is ready.
This recipe is so easy to make that we won’t blame you if you end up making this every weekend, and on top of that, it is absolutely delicious! The requirements are basic, and we ensure you need not worry about your cooking skills – a little chop here, a little mix there and bam! It’s done.

How to make minced chicken salad | Minced chicken salad recipe:
To make this recipe, you would require minced chicken, ginger-garlic paste and some shredded or thinly-sliced vegetables like cabbages, carrots, onions and spring onions. For the sauce, use soy sauce and some sweet chilli sauce. On top of this, we will add salt and black pepper as required and chilli flakes and coriander for extra flavours.
Now that you have all the ingredients, all you need to do heat some oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic, chicken, cut vegetables one after the other and let it cook. In another bowl add sauces, chilli flakes, coriander, salt and pepper. Once the chicken is 80% cooked, add this sauce mixture and let it coat the chicken properly. Cook for another 5 mins until everything is mixed and serve this deliciousness.
